This three-session package is designed for adults who would benefit from a short course of structured sessions to work more deeply on challenges such as anxiety, stress, phobias, weight management, confidence, and insomnia. Once your first session has taken place, the remaining two sessions will be arranged together at times that suit you. Using a combination of EFT, NLP, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness techniques, I provide supportive sessions that help you gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting positive change over the course of our work together.
