Switch Off the Mind | Sunday 26 April, 7:00–8:30pm

If your mind feels like it never switches off—replaying conversations, over-analysing decisions, or anticipating what’s next—this session offers a space to pause.

This 90-minute, trauma-informed experience is designed to gently quiet mental overwhelm and support you in feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded.

Guided by clinical hypnotherapy practices, the session blends breathwork, EFT tapping, and guided hypnotherapy meditation to help regulate the nervous system and create space from constant thinking.

This is not about fixing your thoughts, but about giving your mind the opportunity to rest.

There is nothing you need to do and no pressure to participate in any particular way. You are simply invited to lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

The environment is intentionally immersive and supportive, with:

  • Headphones and specialist music to create a sense of personal space
  • Soft candlelight to encourage relaxation
  • Comfortable rugs and cushions
  • Optional essential oils and steam eye masks

Each element is designed to help you feel safe enough to let go, even if only for a short time.

A space for your unspoken thoughts
You will have the opportunity to anonymously write down a thought, worry, or question that has been on your mind. After the session, these will be thoughtfully explored, and you will receive a response along with a calming meditation recording to support you beyond the evening.

This is your time to step away from constant mental activity and reconnect with stillness.

Spaces are limited to maintain a calm and supportive environment.
