A Space to Rest | Sunday 12 April, 7:00–8:30pm A calming 90-minute, trauma-informed session for parents and carers of children with additional support needs. Designed to help you step away from overwhelm, release tension, and experience deep rest and support.
Caring for a child with additional support needs can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and constant. This 90-minute, trauma-informed experience has been created as a space just for you.
You are invited to step away from the demands, the ongoing mental load, and the weight of responsibility, and simply rest.
This session is guided by someone who understands both the emotional and practical realities of supporting children. With 17 years of experience in education, alongside clinical hypnotherapy work specialising in children and families, this space has been carefully designed to feel safe, supportive, and restorative.
Through a blend of breathwork, EFT tapping, and guided hypnotherapy meditation, you will be gently supported to release worry, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner ease.
There is nothing you need to do and no pressure to participate. You are simply invited to lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
The experience is intentionally nurturing and immersive, including:
Each element is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and able to let go.
A space for your unspoken questions
You will have the opportunity to anonymously submit a question—something that may be weighing on your mind or heart. Drawing on experience in education and clinical hypnotherapy supporting children, each question will be thoughtfully explored. You will receive a considered response after the session, along with a calming meditation recording to support you beyond the evening.
This is your time to pause, be supported, and reconnect with yourself.
Spaces are limited to maintain a calm and supportive atmosphere.
